CompressMED manufactures custom burn garments, diabetic compression sleeves, lymphedema compression garments, and post-surgical swelling garments for the medical profession. Our headquarters and manufacturing are located in San Antonio, Texas and are manufactured using 4-way stretch, moisture-wicking material.

Welcome to CompressMED

We provide custom and standard compression garments for the health services community. CompressMED Garments are fully warrantied for 90 days after the patient has received the garment to be free of defects in materials, workmanship, or design. This includes alteration of returned garments or full replacement.
